What is My Reservations?
My Reservations is a website feature that allows you to register as a regular user. When registered you can track your future reservations, which is useful if you lose your email confirmation. My Reservations also stores some of your details, which are then pre-completed on the Worldpay payment page, saving you time when making reservations.

What is my personal info?
This information relates directly to the customer.

What is my card-holder info?
This information relates to the person whose credit or debit card is being used to make the purchase. These are the details, which are pre entered on the Worldpay payment form when you make a future reservation.

Can I change any of my "My Reservations" details?
Yes... you can change the personal information we hold for you related to your name, address, etc. Simply log-in and click on the My Reservations link on the top navigation bar. Make any necessary adjustments and then save your changes.

Can I change a reservation?
Yes - This can only be completed more than 24 hours before the first trip you reserved is scheduled to depart. A US$1 fee (50¢ change fee and 50¢ new reservation fee) is charged for all reservations being changed. The cost of the initial reservation will be credited against the subsequent reservation, less the US$1 fee. Should the subsequent reservation be less expensive than the initial reservation, no payment or further credit will be made to you and all unused credit will be forfeited. If the initial amount paid is less than the cost of the subsequent reservation you must pay the difference when completing the new reservation.

What is the validation code?
When you first register with My Reservations you will be sent an email containing details of your login and password. This email will also contain a validation code, which will be required the first time you use My Reservations. This is an additional security feature designed to ensure that only valid email addresses are used to register for My Reservations.
